Wholesale orders can not be placed through our web site. All orders must be sent to us via email, fax or phone.
Payment… All orders must be prepaid by credit card, company check or money order. Please include your card number when placing your order. We accept Visa...Master Card...and American Express. It is very hard for us to call customers for this information when we are busy making product. We promise not to charge your account until your order is ready to ship. We strictly honor ship dates, so you never have to worry about being charged or receiving goods until the date you requested it. If credit card number is not included, this could result in your order being delayed.
Minimums….. Opening orders are $150.00 Important Shipping Information….. Since most of our product contains chocolate; all orders will be shipped with cold packs during warm weather. Depending on your location, this may require your order to be shipped on a “Two or Three Day Air” with ice blocks to assure you of quality product. This of course, will be your choice and at your expense. We will not be responsible for any damaged goods due to weather. Unless otherwise instructed, your order will be shipped regular ground with a small charge for cold packs. Please be aware of your ship date and inform your employees to look for our package so that it won’t sit outside or in some warm area causing it to melt. All orders going to the extreme west coast will be shipped only on Mondays to avoid it sitting on a dock over the weekend. We’ve had few problems in the past and always do our best to give you the best service possible. All shipping charges will be added upon receiving your order. Since it is hard to determine shipping cost due to varied weights, we handle each order individually so that we can give you the best rate possible. If you need your order immediately, we will do our best to get it out as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that during peak season, it may take a week or two for shipping. This is due to the amount of orders in house and we work on a first order basis. We hope you understand. If you have a special need, you will need to call us and we will do our best to accommodate. Great customer service is very important to us and we strive to please our customers. In doing so, we strongly believe in good communications. Please let us hear from you with any of your needs. Returns and Refused Orders….. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. If an order is refused when delivered, you will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. If charged to your credit card, you will only be credited with the actual cost of product, assuming it is in proper condition to resell as we cannot refund any shipping cost to and from your business. The same return and refused policy will apply to any business that we extend terms. If your order is refused, then you are still responsible for all shipping to and from your business and you will be invoiced accordingly. Important facts to remember…… Any products containing chocolate or other perishable items and especially those with that have a short shelf life MUST be returned to us immediately. Please keep in mind that chocolate melts and will not with stand extreme heat during transit back to us. If it is warm weather, and it melts before we receive it back, then you are responsible. Again, this has not been a real problem for us, but has happened on occasion and we will no longer absorb the loss. Thank you for understanding.
