You will be notified when your order is shipped along with the total of your order. Once you are notified, we ask that you watch for your expected package to arrive. This will eliminate any possible damage to gourmet foods that could perish if left out in extreme heat or otherwise. Remember….Chocolate Melts..!!! We cannot be responsible for packages not taken inside to assure freshness or food items left out in extreme weather conditions. If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to call us. International Shipping : YES, we do ship our packages international to any country. Though at this time our process is the following :
The shipping you are charged at check out is for our US Ground shipping.
We will then pack your order and get a weight to get the correct shipping charges for international shipping.
We then will contact you by the email you gave us to let you know the addiitonal cost, if there is one, and the different shipping options we have.
After this we will set up a PayPal invoice and get your pretty package right out the door so you can have it in your hands.

Custom Orders: All custom orders require full payment before order is processed. Since these items will be made just for you, they will not be returnable or refundable. Also, depending on the item, a little longer ship date may be required. If it will be longer than two weeks, we will contact you to let you know when to expect its arrival.
We understand from time to time something may not arrive in proper condition due to shipping or packaging from the manufacturer. Should you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will take care of it immediately. We will give you instructions on what to do in order to get the package back to us.
